Who handles the data

Pixelized.ch Sagl, Via Pier Francesco Mola 9, 6900 Lugano, Switzerland — CHE-112.187.897. For any question concerning your data: info@whiteness.ch.

What data, and what it is for

An order collects first name, last name, address, email, the telephone number if given, and the note if there is one. They are used to ship what was bought, to communicate about the order and to keep the accounts. They are not used for anything else. Without an order, this site collects no personal data.

The customer space

There are no passwords: you enter your email address and receive a link valid once and for a short time. From there you can see the orders placed with that address.

Payments

Paying by card or by the other methods made available by Stripe happens on Stripe's page: card details do not pass through this site and are not visible to the seller. What remains of the transaction is the fact that it took place, the amount and a reference. Bank transfers go through your own bank, like any other transfer.

Cookies

Only the technical ones the site needs to work: form protection, the cart and the customer space session. No advertising cookies, no profiling, no third-party service following visitors.

Statistics

This website uses AlpStats.ch, a privacy-friendly, cookieless web-analytics service provided by Pixelized.ch Sagl (Switzerland), to measure anonymous usage statistics. AlpStats.ch does not use cookies, does not store your IP address and does not create persistent identifiers or profiles; visitors cannot be tracked across days or across sites.

Where the data is

On the site's server and in the email, both hosted in Switzerland by Pixelized.ch Sagl on servers by Infomaniak Network SA. It is not transmitted elsewhere.

For how long

The data of an order is part of an accounting record: the law requires it to be kept, and before that term it cannot be deleted.

Rights

You can ask what data is kept and have it corrected, by writing to info@whiteness.ch. Data is not sold and not passed to anyone. Swiss data protection law applies and, for those writing from the European Union, the GDPR.
